At the end of the winter season, units will be placed in the Off Site Rental Area for the Summer with the understanding that regular monthly rent will resume on the day you return in the fall.

Customers Staying 1 or more months will be given the best site avaliable at the time of registration.

Customers that rolled over a deposit for the previous year and skipped a year will nor be guaranteed their specific site.
